Shanghai Golden Bell Plaza
JH Starts the design for Podium Renovation

Recently, the JH Shanghai team was commissioned to start the interior and exterior renovation design of the podium of Shanghai Golden Bell Plaza on Huaihai Middle Road.

Built in 2000, Shanghai Golden Bell Plaza is a landmark building in the east section of Huaihai Road. It was invested and developed by Shanghai Industrial Investment (Holdings) Co., Ltd. It consists of a 180-high Grade A office building and a 5-storey commercial podium.

Along with the business update and upgrade of the Huaihai Road business district in Shanghai's Huangpu District, its podium is also beginning to be renovated and upgraded. The update of this building involves partial update of the building's facade and outdoor landscape, as well as a new design of the interior space. Design has already begun and is expected to be completed and reopened in 2023.
